Services & Estimates
All services are performed based on customer approval. Estimates are based on visible conditions and may change if hidden issues are discovered.
Pricing & Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional work will not be performed without customer approval.
Appointments & Access
Customers must provide safe and clear access to the work area. Missed or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
Workmanship & Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts when available. We are not responsible for issues caused by existing conditions, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing plumbing conditions or damages outside the scope of approved work. Our liability is limited to the services provided.
Updates
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current terms.
